Anschließend werden die rechten und linken Vorderteile zusammengefügt, die zuvor separat gestrickt werden. Im Anschluss wird der Sweater zur Runde verbunden. Es werden dann verkürzte Reihen (German Short Rows) gearbeitet, um das Rückenteil zu verlängern. Der Körper wird in Runden gestrickt und mit einem Doppelrippenmuster\/Bündchen beendet. Nun nimmt man Maschen für die Ärmel auf. Die Armkugel wird auch mit verkürtzen Reihen geformt.
