Obba sweater is a stranded colourwork sweater worked from the top down and from a chart. It can be worn by both women and men. Its details include a low raglan sleeve, and it has a slight oversized look. The yoke is worked with raglan increases, after which you separate for sleeves and body.

The model is designed with a positive ease of 10-15 cm/4”-6” so be sure to measure yourself across the chest before choosing the desired size.
Example: The sweater in the photo is a size 2 worn on an 81cm/32” size bust and has a positive ease of approx. 40 cm/15.7” for a very oversized look.

Gauge: 18-19 sts x 19-20 rows = 10 x 10 cm/4” x 4” on size 6 mm needles (US 10), measured in colourwork over stockinette stitch, after washing and blocking.
Recommended needles:
3 mm/US 3.25 circular needle (40cm or 60cm/16” or 24”)
6 mm/US 10 circular needle (40cm, 60cm and 80cm and 100 cm)/16”, 24”, 32” and 40”)
Note: Use the needle size you need to achieve gauge. Some knitters knit colourwork more tightly and may need to go up a half or a whole needle size.
