Ppoppo means ‘kiss’ or ‘kissing’ in Korean, meaning more of a “peck on the cheek” than a romantic kiss. Ppoppo Sweater is a sweet reference to its playful structure and the possibility to use a huge variety of colors. The Ppoppo sweater is a slightly oversized sweater with continuous double pearl/moss stitches throughout the entire work. The sweater is worked top-down. German-short-rows technique is used to shape the neckline. Ppoppo sweater will give you a wonderful drapery feel and softness from alpaca and mohair if you choose to make it in the recommended yarn.
