Sephia top is inspired by the beautiful sepia shells that stem from octopuses. The top is worked in a chunky cotton yarn which, with its textured look, underlines the sensation of summer, beach and ocean. The fit is loose and boxy, perfect for a relaxed pair of jeans or over a summer skirt.

CONSTRUCTION

Sephia top is worked flat in one piece, beginning with the hem on the back. You knit until you reach the armholes/ upper body where you create drop sts. Then, you knit the front. You can either seam the sides together at the end or join them using a button for a vest-inspired look. Both options are described in the pattern.

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY

The top is of medium difficulty.
